We’re looking for a driven CRM & Listing Administrator to join our outstanding team. The role will report into the CRM & Listings Manager and will work alongside the wider team to support on administrative duties in the CRM and managing listings in the property portals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is efficient, proactive, and eager to support a growing real estate business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day office and operational support to the team.
 - List, edit, and verify property listings on leading portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.).
 - Manage and maintain CRM systems and ensure all property details are accurate and up to date.
 - Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, sharing key results with the team.
 - Support agents and staff with a variety of administrative tasks.
 - Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
 - Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
 
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong computer literacy.
 - Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
 - A self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
