We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer-focused, able to work well under pressure, and can take initiative.

Role Requirements

Identify investment opportunities to purchase or lease ready properties through key contacts.
Secure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
Prepare lease agreements and all necessary documentation.
Follow up on paperwork and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is maintained in relevant databases.

What You’ll Need

Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong skills in creating and presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping of properties, clients, and landlords.
