As one of Dubai’s most trusted real estate groups, we’re expanding our Marketing team and are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Specialist – Off Plan to join us.

As a Marketing Specialist focused on Off Plan projects, you will play a key role in bringing new developments to market. You’ll collaborate closely with our Off Plan Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Specialist, and the wider marketing team to deliver stand-out campaigns in one of Dubai’s most competitive real estate sectors.

Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same — from managing a webinar launch, to briefing designers for social campaigns, to supporting agents with bespoke marketing materials.

We’re seeking someone who blends creativity with structure; a marketer who loves bold ideas but also thrives on project management and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with the Off Plan Marketing Manager to turn business goals into impactful campaigns.
Brief copywriters, designers, and production teams to create high-quality social, digital, video, and event content.
Project-manage campaign execution across multiple stakeholders using tools like Monday.com.
Keep Off Plan content fresh across web and social channels, working closely with our digital teams.
Track campaign performance and share insights to optimise results.
Work directly with our agents, supporting them with templates, content ideas, training, and new marketing tools.
Help bring our brand to life through webinars, podcasts, client events, and more.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management (real estate or professional services is a plus).
A degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Hands-on knowledge of digital channels and content creation (basic Canva or design skills a bonus).
Experience with marketing tools like Monday.com and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
The ability to work quickly, stay proactive, and bring positive energy to the team.
