We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We’re looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to perform well under pressure, and can work independently with initiative.
Role Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area-specific).
- Coordinate daily issues faced by tenants.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs on a 24-hour basis.
- Schedule all housekeeping requirements.
- Facilitate maintenance issues with in-house or third-party maintenance teams.
- Ensure a high level of occupancy throughout the year.
- Conduct inventory checks after guest departures.
- Handle incoming leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp for property listings.
- Respond promptly to enquiries on international platforms.
- Organize property viewings for clients.
- Track, remind, and collect due rental payments.
- Manage the return of client security deposits.
- Accurately record bookings and client information in the PMS system.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A valid driving license and personal vehicle.
- Experience working in Dubai is essential.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
