NASSIMA BELARBI - HR Manager

Originally from Morocco, Nassima Belarbi brings a strong background in people-focused roles and a passion for talent development. She earned her degree in English Literature, which laid the groundwork for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nassima began her career teaching at a private high school in Morocco, where she spent three years inspiring students and refining her ability to connect with diverse personalities. Her interest in organizational growth then led her to Maroc Telecom, the country’s second-largest company, where she transitioned into Human Resources and gained valuable corporate HR experience. Now based in Dubai, Nassima has joined TripleX Properties as HR Manager, where she oversees recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development. She is dedicated to building a positive work culture and supporting the company’s mission to excel in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
